Think Coconut Oil Is Good For You? Think Again!

Coconut oil is all the rage at the moment, with people using it as everything from a skin moisturiser and hair conditioner to a butter substitute and to swirl in their coffee. But it’s not an all natural miracle, a new study by the American Heart Association says. The oil is 82 percent saturated fat, and is proven to raise “bad” cholesterol levels more than butter, beef fat and lard! Watch below for more.
