Ingredient

1 cup cucumber, skin on, seeded and sliced·
1/4 cup spinach leaves·
1 Fuji apple, skin on, cored and sliced·
1/4 cup mint leaves·
2 tablespoons honey·
1 cup water·
1 cup ice cubes
Recipe
1. Place all
ingredients in a blender.2. Blend to reach
desired consistency. Taste and add more honey if needed.3. Pour in a glass
and serve cold.
