Fennel, spinach, lemon & apple juice

 

Cut the fennel, lemon and apples into rough pieces that will fit into your juicer. Pass all ingredients through the juicer and serve immediately.

Ginger adds a zing to fresh juice and aids digestion, so for
a spicy, non-alcoholic ‘aperitif’, you could add a 4cm slice of ginger before
you add the apples.

1 small fennel bulb, chilled

·        
1 lemon, peeled, chilled

·        
4 red apples, chilled

·        
1 cup baby spinach leaves

Cut the fennel, lemon and appsles into rough pieces that
will fit into your juicer. Pass all ingredients through the juicer and serve
immediately.

Pear juice with vanilla and coconut water

Pass
through the juicer, directly into the jug with the coconut water mixture. Stir
to combine and serve immediately

330ml coconut water  chilled

·        
1/2 vanilla bean, split, sseeds scraped

·        
2 firm pears, chilled

Combine coconut water and vanilla seeds in a jug small
enough to fit under your juicer. Place the jug under the juicer. Cut the pears
into pieces that will fit into your juicer. Pass through the juicer, directly
into the jug with the coconut water mixture. Stir to combine and serve
immediately
