Citrus Seaweed salad

Ingredients

30g wakame seaweed·
1 grapefruit, segmented·
1 orange, segmented·
40g cucumber, chopped into thin cubes·
1 spring onion, finely sliced·
20g dill, roughly chopped·
1 tbsp sesame seeds·
2 tbsp Asian dressing
Recipe

To make the Asian dressing, blitz in afood processor 1 tsp chopped
lemongrass, 1 tsp chilli, 1/8 tsp black onion seed, 1 lime leaf, 2 tbsp olive
oil, 1 tbsp tamari, 1/2 tsp coconut palm sugar, 1 slice root ginger, 1 sprig
coriander, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp water, 1/2 clove garlic.·
Soak the seaweed in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain, then cut
the stalks off and slice into 1cm wide strips. Combine all the ingredients and·
