Nana’s Rocky Road soft candies

Prepare: 15 minutes

Cook:
5 minutes + cooling

Yield: 4 dozens

·        
1 ½ teaspoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of butter,
separated

·        
2 cups (12 ounces) of sugarless chocolate chip

·        
1 carton (14 ounces) of condensed sweet milk

·        
2 cups of pickle nuts

·        
1 packet (10 ½ ounces) of jelly candies

Rocky Road soft candies

1.   
Put a 13×9-inch pan with metal paper and grease the
paper with 1 ½ teaspoons of butter; put it aside

2.   
In a big pan, mix the chocolate chips, milk and
remaining butter. Cook and stir with average temperature until smooth. Leave
them cool; add some nuts. Put the jelly candies into a big bowl; add chocolate and
stir well. Sprinkle to prepared pan. Put into the fridge until it gets solid.

3.   
Use metal paper to take the candies off the pan. Cut
into 1½-inch squares.

Sweet and salty popcorn jelly candies

‘For more happiness, add a wooden stick
for each popcorn balloon after forming,’ said Nina V.

Prepare: 20 minutes + cooling

Yield: about 5 dozens

4 British litters of popcorn

·        
3 cups of pickle nuts

·        
1 packet (12.6 ounces) of M&M’s milk chocolate

·        
1 packet (16 ounces) of big jelly candies

·        
1 cup of butter, diced

Sweet
and salty popcorn jelly candies

1.   
In a big bowl, mix the popcorn, nuts and M&M’s. In
a big pan, mix jelly candies and butter. Stir and cook at low – average
temperature until they are melted. Add popcorn mixture; blend well.

2.   
When enough cool to handle, form 2-inch popcorn
balloon. Leave them until they get solid before wrapping them in plastic.
