Preparation: 10 minutes

·         Vodka 1 ¼ cups

·         Condensed milk 1 x 397 g can

·         Evaporated milk 2/3
cup

·         Ground cinnamon, for serving

  1. Pour the vodka, condensed and evaporated milks into a one-litre
    bottle and shake well.
  2. Chill, shake and pour into glasses or cups.
  3. Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon and serve chilled, or
    add a tot or two to a shot of espresso.

Butter 185 g, plus
extra for greasing

·        
Sugar 90 g

·        
Flour 180 g

·        
Cocoa 2 t

·        
Chocolate ProNutro 100
g

·        
Desiccated coconut 60 g

·        
Baking powder 1 t

·        
Salt 1 t

For the
sauce:

·        
Icing sugar 5 T

·        
Butter 3 T

·        
Cocoa 2 t

·        
Boiling water
approximately 1 T

  1. Preheat the oven to 1500C. Grease and line an oblong
    oven proof dish.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the dry ingredients and mix until
    well combined.
  3. Press into the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Spoon the sauce over the hot biscuits and allow to cool. Cut the
    squares to the desired size when completely cool.
  5. To make the sauce, mix the icing sugar, butter and cocoa. Add just
    enough boiling water to make a runny paste.
