Description: Roast beef & pepper relish tartines

¼ c. sour cream

·        
1 tsp. drained prepared horseradish

·        
½ c. finely chopped roasted red pepper

·        
¼ c. sweet relish

·        
4 lg. slices sourdough bread (1/2 in. thick),
toasted

12 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef

·        
Salt and pepper (optional)

¼ sm. Seedless (English) cucumber, thinly sliced
at an angle

½ c. chopped frisée lettuce

  1. In small bowl, stir together sour cream
    and horseradish. In another small bowl, mix together red pepper and
    relish.
  2. Spread sour cream mixture on each slice
    of bread. Layer each with roast beef and season beef with pinch each salt
    and freshly ground black pepper, if desired. Top with pepper relish, then
    cucumber slices and frisée.
