    Berlin’s
first techno club, Tresor Club opened in 1991 in the basement

institution is located in a giant former power station, situated over
three floors including the +4 Bar, which has views of the old power
station ruins. The club continues to deliver the latest in electronic

weeknights, quieter jazz programmes are offered. During international
events staged in Berlin, the Felix is a sure thing for spotting
    celebrities.
