Hummus dip

·                    
400 grams chick peas

·                    
200 ml olive oil

·                    
3 tsp lemon juice

·                    
1⁄2 tsp salt

·                    
1⁄2 tsp pepper

·                    
2 tsp tahini

Salad

·                    
125 grams romaine lettuce

·                    
120 grams tomato

·                    
65 grams cucumber

·                    
4 tbsp hummus

·                    
1 tsp chopped coriander

·                    
1⁄2 piece pita bread

·                    
1 small jar lemon dressing

1. Toss all ingredients for the hummus dip into a food
processor. Tweak the dip’s consistency to your liking by adjusting the
processor’s speed.

2. Serve tossed with your salad, or in a separate bowl.

Food doesn’t have to be unhealthy to be tasty. Swap oil
and salt for herbs and spices for that flavorful kick!
