‘Chili sauce is one of my favorite. This
recipe brings chili sauce to a new level by changing the taste and adds a surprising
ingredient – sweet potato,’ .

1 pound uncooked chili sausage, or seasoned pork sấuge

·        
1 big onion, chopped

·        
2 poblano chilies, nicely sliced

·        
2 jalapeno chilies containing seed and nicely sliced

·        
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

·        
3 big sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into cubes (½
inch)

·        
4 cartons of (14 ½ ounces each) sliced grilled tomato,
not drained

·        
2 cartons of (15 ounces each) black bean, washed and
drained

·        
2 cups of beef sauce

·        
1 tablespoon of oregano

·        
1 tablespoon of coriander

·        
1 tablespoon of Egyptian fennel

·        
1 tablespoon of smoked

·        
¼ cup of lemonade

  1. In a big pan, cook and mix the chili
    sausage, onion, poblano and jalapeno chilies at average temperature in
    8-10 minutes or until the chili sausage is well done. Use a spoon with a
    slot, move to a low-cook 6-litter pan.
  2. Stir the tomato sauce. Add potato,
    tomato, bean, beef sauce, and seasonings; stir well. Cover and cook at low
    temperature in 6-7 hours or until the potato becomes soft. Add the
    lemonade.

1 jar (24 ounces) of spaghetti sauce

Divide the sausage into 16 portions. Shape each portion
around a cheese cube. Put on a greased crack in a shallow tray. Grill at 350
degrees in 15-30 minutes or until no more pink. Take out the tissue and drain.

Meanwhile, in a big pan, mix spaghetti sauce and pesto;
boil to average temperature, stir sometimes. Add meat balls; increase heat.
Serve with bread.
