Ingredient

      
Watermelon 1 smallish, seeded and cut  into
chunks

      
Tequila 240ml

      
Cointreau or grand marnier 120ml

      
Sugar syrup 4 tbsp

      
Limes 3, 2 juiced, 1 cut into wedges

Recipe

1.   
The day before serving, tip all the ingredients
except the lime wedges into a freezer-proof box and freeze until you need it.

2.    To serve, tip everything into a liquidiser or food prosessor and
whizz until smooth. Divide the margarita mix between glasses and add a lime
wedge or an extra slice of watermelon if you like.
