Elsa Pataky and her daughter India Rose Hemsworth attended a show jumping competition in the Northern Rivers, and the actress couldn’t contain her grin or her long, toned legs.

Elsa Pataky wore a pair of tiny black denim shorts and a grey graphic T-shirt to show off her trim and taut figure.

She wore multiple necklaces and bracelets and a hat with a wide brim to protect her from the sun’s rays.

While wearing the hot pants, Elsa made several trips to their horse float to retrieve a green Hydroflask water bottle and their cute family dog.

The blonde walked around the showground in tight shorts before changing into a pair of white equestrian pants for her daughter’s ride.

In the distance, she spotted her daughter riding a dark brown horse.

The 10-year-old girl, India Hemsworth, was dressed like she was ready to compete in a horse show and was waiting to go on the show jumping course.

Her mother and daughter looked like a matching pair in their white equestrian pants and cherry-printed tops.

Elsa accompanied her daughter India back to their car and horse float after the ride, where India dismounted and they started taking off the bridle and saddle.

The Hemsworth family has recently come under fire for a birthday cake prank they played on their twin sons.

At Monday’s party for their nine-year-old twins, Tristan and Sasha, Elsa and Chris were criticized for their parenting.

Chris' post was captioned: 'Happy ninth birthday to my two little men! Only one way to eat cake in this house and that's to have mum slam your head into it face first!'

Some of the couple’s Instagram fans thought it was ‘ridiculous’ that Elsa squished one of their sons’ faces into a cake.

At the celebration for their newborn twins at their $30 million Byron Bay mansion, the Thor actor shared a photo of a touching moment between his mother and son.

The photo showed the actress and her daughter, India, poking fun at their son by shoving his head into a chocolate cake.

Elsa’s participation in the birthday tradition was criticized by some of Chris’s followers.

”I don’t get why parents would want to hurt their children by smashing their faces in a cake, but whatever.”

“Why do people think this is funny?” another chimed in.

On the other hand, many people came to the Hemsworths’ defense, saying that the tradition in question was nothing more than some harmless family fun.

The accompanying caption to Chris’s post read: ‘Happy ninth birthday to my two little men! Only one way to eat cake in this house and that’s to have mum slam your head into it face first!’

The Marvel actor can be seen grinning as he looks on at the practical joke.
