She changed into an orange bikini with a bandeau top and high-waisted bottoms and continued to strike poses in her hotel room for her second outfit.
With the caption, she made a lighthearted reference to her menstrual cycle, writing: ‘Me happy when I come on my period that I’ll be mentally stable for two weeks till I ovulate!’.
Helen donned black slider sandals and dark sunglasses to complement her summer outfit.
Another holiday photo saw her in a dress that showed off her enormous cleavage, this time in blue and white.
