The mother of three radiated confidence in her skimpy bikini, which was adorned with pink gems on the straps.

Helen flaunted the results of her recent boob job, captioning the post ‘Pammy vibes’ in reference to Baywatch icon Pamela Anderson.

While Helen appeared to be in good spirits in her latest post, she admitted earlier on Wednesday that she’s ‘really bad at being on her own’ in a tearful post.

The actress recently ended her relationship with her footballer fiancĂ© Scott, but she admits she finds it difficult to ‘sit with her own thoughts.’

After seeking advice from single-loving Carol Vorderman, the former Coronation Street star, 32, reportedly made the final decision not to reconcile with her ex-fiancé Scott earlier this week.

The actress has stated that she must be surrounded by friends or her children “constantly.”

Helen appeared solemn as she displayed her natural beauty while lying on a sofa in a grey tank top and pulling her long blonde hair up into a bun.

She wrote: ‘I’m really bad at being on my own, anyone else relate to this? I constantly have to have my friends with me or be with my kids.

‘I can’t just sit there with me and my own thoughts.’

Helen divorced Scott six months ago after 13 years of marriage and three children, Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two.

When she put her ‘engagement ring’ back on for a recent Instagram post, she sparked speculation of a reunion with Scott.

But she’s only putting on a united front with the footballer, 34, for the sake of their children, with no plans to rekindle their romance.

Helen was allegedly guided by her I’m A Celebrity South Africa co-star Carol.

According to a source: ‘Helen was at a crossroads in her relationship when she went into the jungle this time around.

‘Carol became a kind of mother figure to the other campmates and Helen found herself opening up to her.

‘She told Helen to follow her heart and put her children first. She advised that staying with someone just for the kids never works out. Of course they’ve got the kids and a huge history only time will tell if it’s over for good.’
