Monique Morley describes a terrifying encounter she had while on vacation in the Caribbean

The reality TV personality, 35, was left ‘practically paralyzed’ when her drink was drugged in a resort bar last weekend.

The influencer claimed she was drugged in the middle of the day in a pub.

There was barely anyone else in the bar except for another man who strolled past her, but his intentions appeared malevolent.

Monique stated that she was looking out at the ocean while he shuffled past her, and that is when she believes the man drugged her, despite the fact that she just looked away from her drink for a short second.

‘My drink had only just been served and when I turned back to drink it, I started to feel really weird – mostly in my legs. I asked my girlfriend if she felt the same and she said no,’

‘I said, “Hey I think my drink has been spiked”. She asked how, as we were the only people there, but it must have been that guy. The drink was only left unattended for five seconds.’

Monique stated that she then began to feel dizzy and asked a friend to drive her home.

When she returned to their lodging, the influencer claimed she was ‘practically paralyzed’ and ‘violently sick’ for hours.

The reality actress has spoken up about her harrowing ordeal in the hopes that other women will not be targeted in the same way she was.

‘With holidays approaching, please can everyone be so so careful when out, especially when travelling and overseas,’ she said on Instagram.

‘Watch your drinks and always have someone you trust around you. You should always listen to your gut too and remove yourself from situations you don’t feel comfortable in.’

On Tuesday, the Instagram influencer shared a bikini shot from her vacation with the caption: ‘You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice.’

One of Monique’s followers questioned in the comments how she was doing after being spiked.

She replied: ‘Honestly. It’s the scariest thing but you can’t let the what if stop you. I have panics all the time but meditate myself out of it eventually. You’re stronger than you think.’
