Rihanna claps back at the haters who said she was treating her infant boy like a "mature man" by calling him "so fine": "You just keep your little cougar paws away from him!"

Rihanna responded to haters who called her infant son “so fine” in photographs from their British Vogue shoot on Instagram this week.

Rihanna claps back at the internet haters who mocked her for referring to her infant boy as “so fine” as if he were an adult

For several viewers, the term “fine” seemed more appropriate for a “mature man” than a nine-month-old baby, prompting one supporter to wonder, “Who calls a baby fine?”

According to Us Weekly, the Umbrella singer said, “‘His mother!!!’

Her follow-up comment was a joke: ‘You just keep your lil cougar paws away from him and we good!’

She already has a son with her partner A$AP Rocky, and she announced their second child’s impending arrival during her Super Bowl halftime concert.

They haven’t told anyone what they named their firstborn child just yet.

On the cover of the March 2023 issue of British Vogue, Rihanna, her baby, and the rapper who she has been dating since she was 22, are all smiles as she discusses how much her life has changed since they became parents.

She explained to the magazine, ‘It’s everything, you really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing evr,’

Rihanna said she has no recollection of her life prior to May 2022, when she gave birth to her son, Rocky, and described motherhood as “everything.”

Rihanna said she was shocked to arrive at the hospital pregnant and leave with a baby, and that the first few months were a rollercoaster.

Rihanna said that motherhood has forced her to reconsider her priorities, calling raising her kid one of the “scariest” duties she has ever faced.

She remarked, ‘Raising a young Black man is one of the scariest responsibilities in life […] ‘

You could be wondering, ‘What am I leaving my kids to? This is the planet they’re gonna be living on?’

Motherhood may have its difficulties, but Rihanna and Rocky are now “best friends with a baby,” she claimed.

“I wouldn’t say it’s done anything but made us closer,” she continued, “but I would say that everything changes when you have a baby.”

Rihanna said during promotion for the cover that she and her husband had no idea she was pregnant with their second child at the time of the photo shoot.

She said on Instagram on Wednesday, ‘How crazy both of my babies were in these photos and mommy had no clue,’ she shared to Instagram on Wednesday.

This past Sunday, during her historic halftime show at the Super Bowl, Rihanna announced her pregnancy to the world.

Rihanna hid her pregnancy from everyone, including her 280 backup dancers, who she paid to keep a lid on the revelation.

‘I don’t think anybody really knew she was pregnant,’ dancer Laila Hayes told ET. ‘She hid it very well,’ dancer Laila Hayes told Entertainment Tonight. She did a fantastic job of concealing her distress.

Rihanna was kept apart from the dancers until the final week of rehearsal before the performance.

Grammy winner Cardi B and rapper A$AP Rocky had their first child, a son, in May, barely nine months before she would perform on the largest platform in the world. There has been no announcement regarding the baby’s name.

Hayes stated, “They made sure they had her safe in the middle of the stage when she was rehearsing, and then the group that I was in would wait on the sidelines.”

After being chosen for the once-in-a-lifetime event in early January, the dancers had to put in weeks of rehearsal.

When running through the dances as a group, choreographer Parris Goebel frequently filled in for Rihanna. Rihanna put in a lot of extra work by herself in terms of rehearsal time.

A pregnant Rihanna unfastened her baggy dress and wore an enormous red jacket during her Super Bowl performance.

In the hours following the performance, the singer’s representative verified the news.

Due to the fact that Rihanna had kept the jacket zipped up throughout practice, Hayes said she was completely caught off guard.

The Umbrella hitmaker wore baggy clothes for Saturday and Sunday’s dress rehearsals, but she didn’t reveal her performance wardrobe until showtime.

The singer didn’t announce her pregnancy until the show, but she did give some hints beforehand.

‘When you become a mom there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world. You can do anything,’ she told Apple Music. Nothing is impossible for you.

‘The Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world, so as scary as [it is] because I haven’t been on stage in seven years, there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all.

‘And it’s important for me to do this this year. It’s important for representation. It’s important for my son to see that.

It seems that the Diamonds hitmaker had previously declined multiple offers to perform at the Super Bowl, but ultimately accepted the opportunity this year.

It was reported in 2018 that she had declined the offer in support of Colin Kaepernick and because she was opposed to the way the issue of protest kneeling during the national anthem was being handled.
