Gina Stewart, an Australian model, is known for her provocative posts on OnlyFans and Instagram.
But the 52-year-old, dubbed “the world’s hottest grandma,” recently astonished her fans for an unusual and surprising reason.
Some of her most recent images show her looking shockingly youthful and gorgeous.
The social media sensation has been luring her followers with computer-generated AI photos of herself.
While Gina has been transparent about creating an AI ‘alter-ego’ version of herself through the AI Build Art Patreon page, many of her lifelong fans appear to assume that the virtual Gina is the real deal.
‘Excuse me, what? 52? ‘I can’t believe that,’ one perplexed fan wrote.
‘Looking at you is a terrific way to start my day,’ exclaimed another, who appeared to be duped by the phony show.
Gina, a former Maxim model, was previously forced to deny using Photoshop to enhance her photographs.
She admitted in 2018 that she had ‘smoothed’ some of her photographs, but that was it.
In a lengthy Instagram post last year, the stunning grandmother explained how she avoided ‘sleep wrinkles’ by using a silk pillowcase.
‘Silk’s naturally soft fibers are hypoallergenic, moisture wicking and allow skin and hair to glide smoothly across,’ she wrote.
‘I sleep on a silk pillow case every night and I can no longer put my face or hair onto rough material.’

Besides breast implants and veneers, the model has previously denied undergoing any other cosmetic procedures.
She also claims that her images aren’t retouched in any way and that she only employs beautiful lighting to bring out the best in her subjects.
