Christine McGuinness, best-selling novelist and documentary filmmaker, flaunted her washboard abs while posing in a pink flamingo.

She took her children on vacation while showing off her trim form in a scanty swimwear.

Christine, 35, took care of Penelope, 9, Leo, 9, and Felicity, 7, whom she and ex-husband Paddy McGuinness, 49, share.

The documentary filmmaker and model posted three intimate photos of her autistic children to Instagram while she spirited them away on a lavish vacation.

Lovely family vacation,” Christine wrote in the photo’s caption.

“Loads of you have asked how the kiddies got on (it’s their first trip abroad in 4 years, they don’t really enjoy travel or change) but with lots of prep and patience, they done incredibly well and have absolutely loved it!”

She concluded with the words, “Very very proud mummy,” and included three red heart emojis.

Some of her admirers gushed, “You look amazing,” while another simply exclaimed, “Wow, wow, wow.”

Christine recently published a brave and uplifting essay in which she revealed a profound insight while discussing the challenges of living with autism.

The 35-year-old, who won the title of Miss Liverpool in 2007, is well-known for keeping her 710,000 Instagram followers up to date, and on this occasion she provided them with a glimpse into her experience at the Pride of Manchester Awards.

Christine’s triumph against her illness was on full display as she proudly presented an award to Peter Garsden despite her physical limitations.

She expressed her fears and worry by saying, “It’s always an honour to present an award but wow, my nerves, anxiety, and sensory overload spins my head.”

She added: “I gave an award out to this amazing man called Peter. I’m not comfortable on stage, I’m a nervous wreck, but I had to give this award because he is just amazing.”

But I found a short clip, and I’m on and off,” she went on to say. I quickly hand out the prizes and then leave the stage.”
