The attractive TV celebrity, who has already admitted to having breast implants, can be seen in a very low cut blue lingerie outfit with plenty of cleavage.
She is seen brushing her teeth with a towel wrapped around her head while softly laying her palm on her breast and smiling away from the camera.
The photograph is accompanied by words: “Happy Monday. Start the week with a smile and book your free consultation today!”
Helen captioned it, “Breast Enlargement with Mr Hussain.”
In January, the former Coronation Street star underwent surgery to modify her chest.
The actress has opened up to her fans about the surgery and claimed that she has “really gotten her confidence back” following the procedure.
Helen wrote a lengthy description at the time, explaining why she underwent breast surgery and how her rehabilitation went.
The mother-of-three admitted to getting larger implants to make her breasts “pert” after breastfeeding.
Helen elaborated: “I was quite open here on Instagram in January about my recent boob job. This was something I wanted to do for a really long time and by doing so I’ve really got my confidence back.
“I breastfed in total for three years. Matilda I fed for eight months. Delilah I fed for 13 months. Charlie I fed for 14 months.
“As soon as I finished my breastfeeding journey with Charlie I wanted to get them done pretty much straight away.”
